West King Street

West King Street is undergoing a major renewal effort, involving the upgrade and expansion of the existing Grade II-listed Town Hall. This will result in over 15,000 sqm of modern office and public space, alongside 204 new homes and over 10,000 sqm of commercial areas. The wider West King Street development also includes the construction of a series of new buildings, which will provide residential, public assembly, office, and other commercial accommodation.
