Old War Office
In the heart of Whitehall, the Old War Office, a Grade II* listed building with a storied past, has undergone a major transformation. Formerly occupied by notable figures like Lord Kitchener, T.E. Lawrence, John Profumo, and Winston Churchill, it was revitalized into a luxurious five-star hotel with 125 rooms and 85 high-end apartments, spanning 760,000 sq. ft. A four-story basement extension, constructed a top down beneath the existing building, provided a total of six below ground levels, while a three-story roof extension provides additional internal area.
